About Green Chilly
A spice without which Indian cuisine would be incomplete, the most common variety of chilli used apart from red is the green. These are used with or without the stalks, whole or chopped, with seeds or deseeded. Though not used in excess just a touch of green chilli is enough to make the dish spicy.

To maintain freshness, wrap in plastic bag and store in the vegetable crisper of refrigerator. Just remove the stem part of the chillies and transfer them inside a zip lock bag. Place the bag inside a refrigerator and use the green chillies as and when required.
