We are partnering with marginal farmers who are trained by our experienced experts in growing vegetables and fruits in their ancestral fertile farms.

They are educated and trained to follow traditional way of farming by using natural water resources, organic manure by nurturing native breed of Cow in Ancient Indian Vedic Wisdom techniques. These farmers are experienced in growing most nutritious vegetables and fruits by calculating seasonal changes, weather, rainfall and fertility of the farms. One of the reason farmers do not grow common vegetables and fruits is because they might not get the minimal promised amount after they grow. We are committed to encourage the farmers in doing good farming. Our company is committed to improvise and help farmer’s standard of life by paying them a genuine realisation price for the products they grow. We commit to them on the price before even they start the ploughing process for the items they grow. We also commit to them on purchasing most of the products they grow by paying them the market realisation price when market is good and paying promised minimal support price when market is not doing good. We encourage our farmers to use the organic manure to grow nutritious product. We strongly discourage and train them to not to use the chemicals which induces any sort of growth booster which impacts the nutrition in the products. Our farmers hand-pick the vegetables and fruits at correct time. The harvesting happens in-time and in stages to avoid wastage. The harvested fresh vegetables and fruits are transported to the sorting and packaging unit at earliest

Our sorting and packaging facility are located in the villages where the fresh vegetables and fruits are grown, and it mobilises to urban demand area in a town/ city

We educate rural youth to take up Entrepreneurship in developing climate controlled/ dust free facility. We made sure to facilitate them in all aspect of their quality work time. Youth will empowered with the required knowledge, skill and connected to value addition economic activities in agri-business domain.

We give at-most preference to hygiene, so, we maintain clean facility and, we take strict care of personal hygiene of our teams. We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene.

Most of our teams are women who are expert in handling, selecting, cleaning, cutting and preserving vegetables and fruits. We boost this basic skill set in them by training and mentoring them to adapt managerial skill and further take up Women Entrepreneurship model ahead.

Farmers and rural youth will prosper when they are empowered with the required knowledge, skill and entrepreneurship and are connected to value addition economic activities in the agri-business domain. A large network of Agri-based rural micro-enterprises, owned by farmers and rural youth, needs to be established to bring prosperity to farmers/rural youth and villages.
