REFUND/REPLACEMENT /EXCHANGE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION (For Short “RT&C”)
1. This is the general Terms and Condition for REFUND/REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE
2. Conditions for Refund / Replacement/ Exchange:
Refund, Replacement, or Exchange SHALL NOT be claimed as a matter of right, it’s the sole discretion of oyedesi, inter alia the present RT&C.
Refund /Replacement/ Exchange is subjected to following conditions if:-
i. Wrong Product – Wrong colour/ size/ style;
ii. Wrong item ordered/ delivered;
iii. Unsatisfactory Product –Expired;
iv. Defective Product - Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty);
v. Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging;
vi. Wrong Quantity – Missing Products/ Parts;
vii. No Invoice/Warranty Received – Available on Electronics only;
viii. A Refund / Replacement request filed within 30 days of order delivery. And, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Refund request filed within ____ days of delivery;
ix. 30 days or Days ____respectively, ceased to exist there shall be no Refund applicable;
x. Item/product unused and in the same condition that were received at the time of delivery;
xi. it in the original packaging;
xii. Partial refunds: Subject to the sole discretion of oyedesi, includes but not limited to Book with obvious signs of use,- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record; that has been opened;
xiii. Exchange:(if applicable) only if:
a) when the item(s) or Product(s) under exchange persist any inherent defect or damaged or error;
b) any wrong Product (Wrong colour/ size/ style;
c) any Wrong item ordered/ delivered;
d) any Unsatisfied Product (product not performed / or standard as exhibited), however to claim exchange under unsatisfied product, stick proof is required;
e) Inauthentic/Low Quality/Expired or Defective Product;
f) Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty);
g) Damaged Product (Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging or Wrong Quantity – Missing Products/ Parts).
3. Items / Product SHALL NOT be Refund, Replace or Exchange:
Refund/ Replacement/ Exchange SHALL NOT be accepted if:-
i. Product(s) under Refund / replacement /exchange sent to oyedesi without Original receipt/ Bill / Invoice or proof of purchase;
ii. Product(s) are Altered/ Used;
iii. Product(s) under Refund / replacement /exchange sent to oyedesi without Original Packaging (price tags, labels & accessories) etc;
iv. Serial Number is tampered;
v. Defective product that is covered under Seller/Manufacturer's Warranty or Damaged/Missing product Reported after a stipulated period of Refund /replacement under the RT&C of Oyedesi;
vi. Product(s) sold under specific promotions, details of which would be mentioned in the Product page and Terms & Conditions etc;
vii. Any product that is labelled as non-Refund able on its product detail page;
viii. Items / Product includes but not limited to Perishable goods such as Vegetables, Fruits, process food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Some health and personal care items, products that are intimate or sanitary goods. (to check the complete List of the item / product NOT be Refund / Replace, please visit the website/App of Oyedesi or inquire with the authorised person of oyedesi, it is subject to change).
ix. Refund/Replacement request given other than the person who purchased the item/ product, included but not limited to an agent, legal heirs, assignee or any other person other than the purchaser;
x. Refund/Replacement request given via unregistered email/ communication mode, or Customer ID;
xi. Sale items not subject to this terms and conditions only regular priced items (regular priced items means for which consideration has being paid);
xii. Gift or free or promotional item /product received under regular priced item, subject to just and fair claim, on the sole discretion of oyedesi.
4. General Process of Refund / Replace/Exchange:
In the ordinary circumstances, Oyedesi follows the following procedure of Refund /replace/exchange; it may vary from product to product, and under different circumstances, or geographies:
i. Attached a receipt/ Bill / Invoice or proof of purchase;
ii. Write a brief note why you required the refund /replace/exchange;
iii. Make proper packaging, as per product to make it further damage free, and marked on the box / container Item under refund or replace or exchange whatever is applicable;
iv. All the product for refund SHALL be sent to the following address or any other address which will be published on the website / app of oyedesi or otherwise communicated to the person desired the Refund of product:-
Oyedesi Vasavi Avenue, No.36/3, 4th Floor, 11th Main Road, 5th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore-560041 Karnataka.
v. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer;
vi. Oyedesi shall not be responsible for any transit loss, missing, or wrong delivery of product under Refund/exchange/replacement;
vii. Oyedesi further, warrant, Refund shall only be proceeded in case of dully receipt of the product, under Refund/exchange/replacement, subject to general terms and conditions of Refund thereto, not otherwise;
viii. Gifts: Notwithstanding anything contained herein before, if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your Refund. Once the Refund item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, Oyedesi will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your Refund ;
ix. Once your Refund is duly received and inspected, Oyedesi may send you an email to inform you that Oyedesi have received your Refund item. Oyedesi will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
x. If your Refund or replacement or exchange approved, then your refund will be processed (within normal working days minimum _________days may takes or more), or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Replacement or Exchange would depend upon the stock availability. However, oyedesi, SHALL NOT be responsible for any delay, error, any other problem raised out of your bank / credit card account.
xi. In case if not received refund (subject to applicability), first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mailto:email@example.com
i. Shipping Cost / Charges shall be borne by the person who, are sending the item/product for refund /exchange/replacement.
ii. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
iii. If you receive a refund/exchange/replacement, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
iv. The time of Refund /replacement/exchange may vary in different geography, and type of product.
v. If you are shipping an item over Rs.1500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Oyedesi don't guarantee that Oyedesi will receive your Refund item.
