About Carom Seeds/Ajwain
Ajwain is an erect, minutely pubescent, branched annual herb with grooved stems. The mericarps, which are the components of the fruit, are compressed, with distinct ridges and a single seed.

Storage & Uses
These seeds can remain fresh for 10-12 months, if stored properly. It is important to store them in air tight bottles or containers. Ajwain powder also should be stored at cool and dry place in sealed container.
